Bethesda Christian college is a tertiary
institution which was started in 1992, at the Word of faith Christian
centre campus in Bungoma. It admits students who miss admission to secondary and
university.

This college was
started with a vision of being a leading training institution for
vocational and professional labor force for both the private and public in
western Kenya. The mission being to turn out well trained personnel in
secretarial, accountancy, computer, and management, and garment making
disciplines.
The college targets the less advantaged youth from
the Ministry outreaches and the community. With heavily subsidized fees
many students have graduated from this college with National certificates,
and are in formal or self employment. Some have in-fact advanced to higher
diploma and degrees. To date more than 1000 students have benefited and
impacting positively on more than 2500 households.
